1. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (Great British Pound Sterling) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are accepted through most credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Link.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide using Evri, Royal Mail and international shipping carriers.
Estimated delivery times vary by location. Please allow [4-7 days] for domestic orders and [7-15 days] for international orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition.
Contact us at sales@elaracrafts.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned.
Due to hygiene issues, earrings can only be returned if faulty.

4. Product Care

Our jewellery and crafts are handmade and require special care. Please follow the care instructions provided to ensure the longevity of your purchase.

Elara Crafts is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
