Returns Policy

At Elara Crafts, we want you to love our products as much as we do! If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable) intact.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Custom-made, personalised, or engraved items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at sales@elaracrafts.com within 30 days of receiving your item, providing your order number and reason for return.

2. After contacting us for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), we will provide you with the address for returning your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

3. Once you receive the RAN, securely package the item, including all original packaging and certificates, and ship it back to us at the address provided.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at sales@elaracrafts.com, and we will be happy to assist you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, items like earrings and custom or personalised pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • International Returns: If you are returning an item from outside of mainland UK, please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping fees, including any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

  • Items returned to us without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will not be accepted.
